**EDIT**: I’m happy to make this edit as since the course of a day I was called by Heather from their office and she was able to provide the customer service experience I was looking for. She made amends and I’m happy to say she made me change my opinion of the customer service provided. I’m happy to see that the company cares about the customer experience. I retract the statements I made in this review and will be changing my previous rating to a 5 star rating.Quite possibly one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. After being referred to the Kalamazoo office from the Allegan office whose salesperson was friendly and helpful to the complete opposite at the Kalamazoo office. This person could not be more bothered to do their job it was comical. Between cutting me off while I was attempting to get more info and not even asking what the reason I was calling about was.

Ryan did a great job explaining everything about well water results and setting me up with a good filtration system. I very appreciate his excellent service! I also appreciate being able to call the Battle Creek office and consistently being answered with positive, friendly office staff!

We bought a house!!! Then, over the next 9 months, we had to replace the water heater, A/C, Heater, blower motor & our water softening system! That was sure a lot to replace in a year! I tried and tried to find anyone who carried, sold, or hoarded parts for our older softener, but I couldn't find anything! The place that installed it was out of business, so we finally called Culligan. Can't even express enough gratitude for their professionalism, and products! They came out, installed the new system, dismantling the older system, took the old one away for us, and then thoroughly cleaned up after themselves! Are you kidding me!? That was awesome! Truly, anytime I call, they send a guy to check it out... And, because we had already spent in the ranges of $15,000 already that year, their lease to purchase option was AWESOME!!!! If you haven't already called, just give em a jingle! From presentation, install, to today... Culligan of Southwestern Michigan blows the competition out of the water!

We have well water and it’s the absolute best tasting water ever! With our reverse osmosis system with Culligan, it helps with taste tremendously. Our water softener also helps with the feel and sediment in our system. Great service every time we need them!

I am very satisfied with Culligan! My water specialist Ryan McGhan is excellent! He scheduled a time that was convenient for us; he is very knowledgeable about the services Culligan provides; and he’s very honest! I decided to get the RO drinking water system and I cannot say enough great things about it. The tech who came and installed it was also excellent! He took care in making sure everything was installed carefully and working properly. Since having the RO system, my family is drinking more water; our food tastes so much better; and it has saved me a great deal of money since I no longer buy bottled water!
