She made amends and I’m happy to say she made me change my opinion of the customer service provided. I’m happy to see that the company cares about the customer experience. I retract the statements I made in this review and will be changing my previous rating to a 5 star rating.Quite possibly one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. After being referred to the Kalamazoo office from the Allegan office whose salesperson was friendly and helpful to the complete opposite at the Kalamazoo office. This person could not be more bothered to do their job it was comical. Between cutting me off while I was attempting to get more info and not even asking what the reason I was calling about was.

We bought a house!!! Then, over the next 9 months, we had to replace the water heater, A/C, Heater, blower motor & our water softening system! That was sure a lot to replace in a year! I tried and tried to find anyone who carried, sold, or hoarded parts for our older softener, but I couldn't find anything! The place that installed it was out of business, so we finally called Culligan. Can't even express enough gratitude for their professionalism, and products! They came out, installed the new system, dismantling the older system, took the old one away for us, and then thoroughly cleaned up after themselves! Are you kidding me!? That was awesome! Truly, anytime I call, they send a guy to check it out... And, because we had already spent in the ranges of $15,000 already that year, their lease to purchase option was AWESOME!!!! If you haven't already called, just give em a jingle! From presentation, install, to today... Culligan of Southwestern Michigan blows the competition out of the water!

I am very satisfied with Culligan! My water specialist Ryan McGhan is excellent! He scheduled a time that was convenient for us; he is very knowledgeable about the services Culligan provides; and he’s very honest! I decided to get the RO drinking water system and I cannot say enough great things about it. The tech who came and installed it was also excellent! He took care in making sure everything was installed carefully and working properly. Since having the RO system, my family is drinking more water; our food tastes so much better; and it has saved me a great deal of money since I no longer buy bottled water!
